These terms describe what KeptPact is and the boundary it operates within. Full terms covering the application itself will be published here, and you will be asked to accept them, before you can use the product.

Who provides it

KeptPact is provided by Renteble Private Limited. References to "we" and "us" in these terms mean Renteble Private Limited. Contact info@renteble.com.

What this product is

KeptPact is record-keeping software for personal and group finances. It lets people record and track financial activity they conduct among themselves.

What this product is not

KeptPact is not a bank, wallet, payment service, money transmitter, lender, investment product or asset custodian.

We do not hold, store, pool, transfer, disburse or guarantee any money or asset. We do not operate, organise, promote or stand behind any savings scheme, lending arrangement or asset-purchase scheme recorded on the platform. Those arrangements are made between members, and the obligations they create are between those members.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you record and for ensuring that any financial arrangement you enter into is lawful where you live. Recording an arrangement on this platform does not make it valid, enforceable or legal, and is not financial, tax or legal advice.
