Manage Money. Together.

We manage the record. We never hold your money.

Track what you spend, what your group owes, and who has actually paid. KeptPact keeps the ledger for personal money, shared expenses, contributions and group savings schemes, so the numbers stop living in a chat thread and a notebook.

Why you can trust it with the record

  1. i

    We never hold your money

No wallet, no custody, no transfers. Members pay each other however they already do. KeptPact records what happened.

  2. ii

    Your personal finances are private

Visible to no one. Not other members, not group admins, not us. A group role shows that group's activity and nothing more.

  3. iii

    Nothing can be quietly changed

Every edit to a financial record is attributed, reasoned and kept. Records can be corrected, never silently rewritten or deleted.

02

The part everyone argues about

I already paid you.The sentence this product exists to settle

Most money trouble in a group isn't the maths. It's whether a payment happened. So a payment isn't just marked done by whoever feels like it.

A member marks what they've paid. An admin confirms it was received. Until both have happened, the obligation stays open, and anyone can flag a dispute, which only a group admin can resolve.

It takes one extra tap, and it ends the argument.

Every contribution has a real state

What it covers

One ledger for personal and shared money

Most tools do personal budgeting or bill-splitting. Group savings, lending and rotating schemes get run on trust and a notebook.

  1. 01

    Personal finance

Income, expenses, categories, budgets, bills and EMIs. Works on its own. You never have to join a group.

  2. 02

    Group expenses

Split equally, by amount, by percentage, or leave someone out. Balances stay current, and settling up is explicit.

  3. 03

    Contributions

Who owes what, by when. Expected against actual, with every payment claimed by the member and confirmed by an admin.

  4. 04

    Savings & goals

Personal goals and group savings targets, tracked against real contributions rather than intentions.

  5. 05

    Group schemes

Rotating savings, lending and asset-purchase schemes, recorded properly, with cycles, recipients and repayments.

  6. 06

    Reports & audit

Every balance explainable, every change attributed. Export what you need.
